Both companies are committed to providing pets with the highest quality, natural foods made without the use of artificial colors, preservatives or flavorings.
Plan, coordinate and implement the organization’s marketing messaging across all communication channels including print and digital media.
Ensure that key, strategic messages are communicated effectively to target audiences within a multi-channel distribution network.
Produce and manage marketing assets as well as a liaison with outside sourcing firms that produce marketing, advertising, and promotions collateral.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Build and maintain brand awareness of three corporate brands via multiple media channels. This includes communication for new product launches, rolling out of marketing activities for distribution channel partners, and coordinating events and promotional activities with the sales team.
Translate the European brand guidelines and initiatives to the respective markets
Apply & adjust European marketing assets for better application to the North American market.
Devise and implement a marketing plan to support the achievement of sales targets.
Attend key customer events, trade shows and meetings as necessary to stay connected with the customer and sales team needs.
Plan and execute a monthly social media calendar for deployment of promotions strategy and messaging.
Manage marketing budgets and promotional activities to ensure most effective use of funds.
Leverage the investments in Cavalor sponsored riders and breeders for better brand awareness and credibility via association as brand ambassadors.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years experience in wholesale/distribution channel marketing.
Experience in digital marketing campaigns and website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Experience managing a communications calendar.
Excellent attention to detail, both for editing copy and consistency in style/tone across all content.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office & typical communications programs.

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting salary range of $60 – $65k, depending on experience.
