More about this product

Cavalor Ice Clay is a clay applied mainly to the legs to relax overworked muscles and tendons and prevent swelling. Cavalor Ice Clay consists primarily of kaolinite.

This clay is naturally rich in minerals with a high absorption capacity; it purifies and removes excessive synovial fluid from the ankle joints and the other joints and tendons.

The magnesium sulphate in Cavalor Ice Clay stimulates blood circulation and allows muscles to relax. This effect is enhanced by essential oils including arnica and rosemary, both with proven anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties.

The magnesium sulphate in Cavalor Ice Clay stimulates blood circulation and allows muscles to relax. Essential oils such as Arnica and Rosemary enhance this effect and provide relief through their proven anti-inflammatory properties.

Apply a thick layer of Cavalor Ice Clay to the legs and tendons after hard work to cool them down. Allow Cavalor Ice Clay to dry completely for a fast cooling effect. Afterwards, use a hard brush or cold water to remove Cavalor Ice Clay completely.

Apply wet paper over the application of Cavalor Ice Clay for a slower cooling. Also cover the paper with a bandage. This warm and wet compress will slow down the cooling effects of the clay.
Cavalor Ice Clay can also be used to relieve swollen legs.

Clay is especially popular for use in eventing but can be used in any discipline. Demanding the utmost from your horse – during gallop training, on cross-country courses or training on hard surfaces – can cause it to have tired or swollen legs the next day.

Unlike gels, clays have longer-lasting effects. A clay remains active for as long as it is moist. Clay is also more constant in temperature, so that it cools long-term and purifies naturally.

We therefore recommend using a clay after hard workouts. The ingredients in clay relax the muscles and tendons and ensure faster recovery of fatigued legs. Clay can be used in various ways; see instructions for use.

As long as the clay is moist, it remains active and will provide counter-pressure so that the legs are nice and dry the next day.

The ultimate cool-down
I’ve recently been treating my pony with Cavalor Muscle Cooler following intensive training. There’s no doubt that his muscles are less stiff than they used to be after a hard training session. Hot tendons and muscles return to normal body temperature much faster after using the Muscle Cooler.

A mane to be proud of!
My Friesian's mane is 160 cm long. I care for it with Star Shine to let my superstar shine at every competition, where I always hear lots of “oh’s” and “wow’s” from the spectators.

It’s perfect for a laid-back leisure horse!
My horse has always been a bit lazy more power would be nice. Before I started giving her Cavalor Perfomix, I had to use a lot of leg but I still didn’t manage to get her going forwards. I noticed a big difference even after just a few days and half a scoop of the feed.

No more problems or sweet itch
After trying different feeds, I’ve finally found the right one for my Shetland mare, Annie. I was really worried about her last year, but after changing her management (grazing muzzle and a handful of Fiberforce per day), she’s like a completely different pony!

It’s a great feed
Cavalor Tradition Apple really is a brilliant feed! My pony is always good and waits until I give her some. She is generally greedy and she especially likes the apple pieces. The feed has improved her appearance and her coat has a wonderful shine.

The long mane is back
My horse was really itchy and had rubbed away most of his mane. Since I’ve been using Cavalor SwItch - you can see the beautiful, long mane for yourselves. A fantastic product!
