CLAUSE 1 – ORGANISATION
This promotion is organised by Versele-Laga nv, with registered office at 9800 Deinze, Kapellestraat 70, Belgium, with enterprise number BE 0424.901.669, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Organiser’ or ‘Versele-Laga’.
CLAUSE 2 – GAME RULES
2.1 In order to be eligible to participate in the promotion:
1. You must be a natural person.
2.2 The promotion runs from 11/03/2025 until 31/08/2025 at 11:59 p.m., where 31/08/2025 at 11:59 p.m. shall be the latest date and time by which you can participate in this promotion.
CLAUSE 3 – PARTICIPATION
This contest is only open to natural persons.
Any natural person may participate in this contest. Staff members of the Organiser, all employees of Versele-Laga or affiliated companies and their family members up to the second degree or resident family members may participate in the promotion, but are excluded from prizes.
- Participation of minors (who are under 18 years of age) shall require the consent of their parents/guardians or of their legal representative who shall be above 18 years of age. Winners must prove their age before receiving their prize. For any winner who is under 18 years of age, the Organiser may request proof of consent from his parent/guardian or his legal representative who shall be above 18 years of age, agreeing to their child’s participation in the contest and the award of the prize by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right not to transfer the prize if the original winner cannot provide sufficient proof of such consent.
- Participation in this promotion is free of charge.
- Participation in the promotion implies express acceptance of these rules. The contest rules are available to participants at https://cavalor.com/contest-rules-for-the-cavalor-find-the-golden-strucies-win/ or can be requested in writing from Versele-Laga.
Decisions shall be taken by the Organiser in cases not provided for in these rules. The content of the decision is not up for debate.
CLAUSE 4 – PRICES
4.1 The promotion shall be as follows:
1) Find a unique code on Cavalor Strucies 1.5 kg, Cavalor Crunchies 1.5 kg, Cavalor Fruities 750g, Cavalor Sweeties 750g.
2) Surf to win.cavalor.com or scan the QR code on sticker. Register the following details:
– Unique Code
– Country
– E-mail address
– Unique code (to be found on sticker on aforementioned products)
At the time of registering, it is compulsory to agree with these rules and the privacy policy.
Each unique code can only be used once by 1 unique natural person.
3) Spin the wheel and find out whether you have won a prize.
4) Have you won a prize? In that case, the following additional data will be requested:
– First name + last name
– Address
– Type
– My favourite discipline
– Level of activity
– Number of horses
– Is this your first time buying Cavalor products?
– How did you learn about Cavalor?
4.2 The prize
The prizes to be won depend on the country in which the participant is domiciled:
Participants from Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Germany are eligible to win the following prizes:

Participants from other countries are not eligible to win anything.
CLAUSE 5 – CHANGES TO THE RULES
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, shorten or change all or part of this promotion if circumstances so require, without having to give reasons for this decision and without being liable in any way for the same.
CLAUSE 6 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT
The Organiser complies with the Personal Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Please consult its Privacy Policy on the website https://www.versele-laga.com/privacy.
CLAUSE 7 – COMPLAINTS
- Any complaint must be sent before 31/08/2025 by registered and reasoned letter by mail to Versele-Laga, 9800 Deinze, Kapellestraat 70, Belgium.
- Legal action is excluded.
CLAUSE 8 – LIABILITY
- The Organiser cannot be held liable for any technical problems during registration for participation in the promotion. In addition, the promoters cannot be held responsible for any damage whatsoever experienced by participants, for example, problems related to computer networks, computer virus infections and unauthorised computer access.
- Should one or more provisions of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Any invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is as similar as possible and that most closely reflects the intended purpose of the invalid provision.
- The Organiser cannot be held responsible if the promotion is interrupted or cancelled due to causes beyond its control.
CLAUSE 9 – LEGISLATION – COURTS
Only Belgian law shall apply to these promotion terms and conditions. In case of disputes, only the courts of the judicial district of Ghent shall have jurisdiction.
