Cavalor FiberBase Mix is a muesli for healthy horses full of vitality. With flaked cereals, much easier to digest than unprocessed cereals. Oat-free formula. With fiber to help meet the fibre and energy requirements.
Cavalor FiberBase Mix is a level 1 feed for horses receiving recreational to light training.

Feed as you need
The foundation of a good diet for your horse is sufficient roughage and access to fresh drinking water at all times. Adjust this foundation as needed with concentrate feed or a balancer. Use supplements for fine-tuning.
Feeding advice for Cavalor FiberBase Mix
We recommend feeding a minimum of 400 g and a maximum of 700 g per 100 kg of bodyweight per day. For a 600 kg horse, this means a minimum of 2.4 kg and a maximum of 4.2 kg per day. Divide the concentrate feed into several portions throughout the day, preferably after providing roughage.
Did you know?
No oats
Oats are a cereal that can be used as an energy source in a muesli for competition horses. It quickly releases lots of energy. This is not needed for recreational horses, or for horses who do not need high energy levels.
With flaked cereals
With flaked cereals for easy digestion. Flaked cereals are much easier to digest than unprocessed cereals.
With fiber
The basis of a horse’s diet is roughage. Feeding a fibre-rich muesli, in addition to sufficient roughage, helps to meet its fibre and energy requirements.
